For your team
Training
We train specialty contractors and their office teams to use AI on the work they already do. They practice on their own emails, documents, and jobs. On-site or online. Home and business service firms with the same field-and-office setup can take it too.
What we cover
Practical, safe, and on your real work
- Practical use. You learn how to draft, summarize, and check the documents you already write: emails, scopes, change orders, daily notes, and meeting recaps.
- Safe use. We cover what goes into AI and what never does, like client drawings, pricing, and employee data. You learn how to use a company account instead of a personal one, and how to decide who checks the output.
- Office habits. You learn how to set a few simple habits for email, calendar, and documents that free real hours.
- Help for leaders. Leaders learn how to choose where to start, what can wait, and how to tell if it’s working.
We teach with the tools your team already uses, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Claude. We don’t push one tool over another, and you don’t need to buy anything new to start.
How it’s offered
A standard package, or one built for you
- Standard package. Most teams start here. Owners and managers get a short talk. The team then works on its own real tasks in a hands-on workshop. About 30 days later, we follow up and fix what didn’t stick.
- Custom training. Ask for this when you have more people, several roles or locations, or you want a deeper session on one kind of work, like change orders or daily logs. We can also train your team on the AI already inside your office tools, or hold monthly office hours so the habits stick. We scope it with you.
Your team leaves with shared prompts for the work you repeat, and a one-page rule for what goes into AI and who checks it. We practice one way of working with you on a job you’ve already closed.
We train on-site or online. You can book the training on its own. You don’t need a consulting project. Every training has a set price. We quote it up front and agree before anything is booked. We don’t bill by the hour.
